Enrique Gamen is a Senior consultant, with more than 20 years of experience in the Life Science Industry. He has held several leadership positions throughout his career.

Enrique holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

His expertise is in General Management and Commercial areas, with a deep understanding of Strategy, Consumer Insights, Marketing, Sales and applied Sales processes.

He has international experience having led organizations in South America, Central America, Africa and Europe, working at different companies such as Bayer, Roche and Novartis.

As General Manager he has successfully conducted several reorganizations, turnarounds and M&A processes, as well as change of manufacturing sites, resulting in top line and bottom line improvements.

Enrique is fluent in English, French and Spanish; he is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
